QMS Transition improvement Program Solution (TiPS)
Training
This seven-session training will start with one full day and
a half, followed another full day and four half days. Sample policies are issued to
all companies involved. Process thinking and identification of processes are stressed.
Required procedures and their intent are discussed and examples are given to the
attendees as the program progresses. The ISO 9001 standard (or applicable standard)
will be issued to each company.
This Group Training Program consists of several committed
companies who go through the following training together.

Intro to the program. Overview of ISO
9001:2000, commitment. Basics of this process based Management
System. Examine current Quality Policy statement and Objectives,

Internal Auditor Training seminar
at MMTC for up to three participants per company. |

Internal Auditor Training seminar day 2.

ISO 9000, ISO 9004, Overview,
Implementation & Documentation Overview, Issue Policy Manual template, begin
work on modifications to the manual. Get any missing information
or approvals needed between day 2 and day 5 |

review any questions, recommend improvements, to suggest metrics to track for
continual improvement. Look at current QMS Activities |

Complete work on modifications to
the manual. Finalize Quality Policy and Objectives. Required Procedures-
templates issued. Begin work on modifications to these procedures. |

Create SIPOC diagrams for other active

Each company will complete this program with an QMS
Policy Manual and required procedures, dependant upon their efforts in the program.
Facilitated by manufacturing- experienced RAB- Certified QMS professionals.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites for this program, however it would be
beneficial if you are familiar with:

Costs
The cost of attending our QMS TiPS, at our Advanced Training
Center runs $7800 (US dollars) per company. Each company will be allowed to send
two individuals to the training. More individuals may be added for a nominal
charge.
